Miami Beach, Florida
A robber pulled out a semiautomatic pistol, handed a bag to a bank teller, and demanded money. After getting the bag back he put his gun back into his pocket and that is when it fired.
It is believed that he shot himself. The robber then ran outside and was struck by a van. He was helped out from under the van and escaped into a waiting car. He was later arrested.
